After 20 full years of business coaching experience, I’m excited to invite you to participate in the “IE 2012 Implementers and Game Changers Mastermind” beginning in the 3rd week of January. It’s made for success-minded business people in the Inland Empire who want to grow and grow together as good hearted leaders.

Since it’s the Christmas season and it’s better to give than to receive I’m including many extra “goodies” in the program to make your participation each month more valuable than the last.

Success starts with the right attitude. Welcome to your best year ever.

Each Month, Take a Break from the Gator Pit

Webster defines Business as “being knee deep in alligators…upside down.”
It’s easy to get trapped in the problems and shortfalls of our own work. There may be great ideas we want to implement, but we just can’t get enough breathing room to relax, sit down, and get them done.
This group will let you by bounce problems and ideas off of Ray and a core group of people so that you can come back to your work with a revived sense of focus and priority for your business.

Limited to the first 8 motivated entrepreneurs who sign up!
We want this to be an intimate, tight-knit program for those committed to growth.

Many mastermind programs offer one monthly meeting and then leave you alone to implement the ideas, but this group is different.
Ray wants to make sure we meet consistently and intentionally so that the goals each we each set can be worked on and actually achieved.

Webinar Timeline

Each week Ray will host a private webinar with the Mastermind group to reinforce and discuss your business efforts that were brought up at the previous Mastermind group.
Ray wants to make sure we meet consistently and intentionally so that the goals each we set can be worked on and actually achieved.

If it was significant to Ben Franklin, it ought be significant to us. From the time he was 20 until he died in his 80s, Franklin rotated 13 virtues each quarter of the year in an 17th century version of Continuous Improvement. As a GHL mastermind member, you will be following that trail.
Each week we build on a leadership or management principle, specifically related to the business function we’re focusing on that month. Week 1, we’ll start with Vision and end with Self-Discpline week 10.
Each quarter, we’ll go through them again in relation to the 4 core business functions: Guiding, Getting, Doing and Running.

VISION (WEEK 1) Without a vision, the people perish. We all have dreams, (realized, dormant, or forgotten). As a small business, your dream will create a powerful why that will keep you moving through the inevitable challenges your business will encounter.

RELATIONSHIPS (WEEK 2) The better we know our strengths and weakness, the more we are able to develop the talents of the people who work with and through us. Each participant will get a 24 page report of his/her own behavioral strengths based on the MFI personality test.

PRIORITIZE (WEEK 3) When our priorities are driven by “the tyranny of the urgent” we tend to lose our capacity to manage our time or results. We will provide you tools and techniques to win the war against day-to-day urgencies.

ATTITUDE (WEEK 4) We can’t choose our circumstances or control the events around us, but we can all control how we respond to them. This week we will examine ways to manage our attitude, even when the day, week or month goes badly, so that we can use our attitude to gain altitude.

PLAN (WEEK 5) For some of us planning comes naturally. Others would rather “do” than plan. We have tools that will help both ends of the spectrum improve their planning skills and become more effective as leaders

VALUES (WEEK 6) If I have your heart, your mind and body will follow! High-performing organizations have clarity about where they are going and the acceptable standards to get there. Values are the glue that keeps the culture focused on the organization’s vision and mission.

ANALYZE (WEEK 7) If you don’t know where you spend your time, you will not be able to control the use of it. While we may not like analysis, it is the key to improvement. One week of time-use data will do more to help people understand where their time goes than 1,000 “you should” suggestions from others.

GOALS (WEEK 8) A goal on a faded piece of paper is more valuable than a fleeting thought on “Someday Isle.” Building on the earlier elements of the course, we will help participants move forward with specific goals for leadership and management

DELEGATION (WEEK 9) “Every organization is the lengthening of one man’s shadow,” said Thoreau. Organizations are often limited because the leader hasn’t learned how or what to delegate. We will give you tools to improve the delegation process and teach each participant how to outsource effectively.

SELF-DISCIPLINE (WEEK 10) “Unless he manages himself effectively no amount of ability, skill experience or knowledge will make a leader EFFECTIVE.” Peter F. Drucker. While we each differ in our ability and willingness to SCHEDULE our time and ORGANIZE our environment, we can all improve by integrating the material taught from the entire course in this final week’s material.
